the staff booked minivan tickets back to hanoi for me. they also answered my questions about markets and restaurants. the room included a balcony, views, and cleanliness. breakfast had several options to choose from!

The hotel provided useful tours. Made exploring the area convenient. Guests don't have to worry about logistics! i noticed that the air conditioning worked efficiently. Cleanliness was great too.

The staff are friendly. And cute! they helped me book minivan tickets. they managed to answer any questions i had about markets, restaurants, and other attractions. the team were so helpful.

The room was as described with a balcony! it had amazing views! also, it was very comfy and tidy. the bed and pillows felt very comfortable. Plus, the shower had good pressure and temperature.

I appreciated the friendly staff at this location. Breakfast had good food, but the egg options impressed me most. I could order scrambled, sunny side up, or omelets. The room was suitable for a short stay. The hotel is conveniently located.

The location is quite convenient. It is near the train to the cable car, I loved that. It only takes a few minutes to walk, and this made getting around really easy, I appreciated the convenience.

The location was excellent. It was only a short walk from Sun Plaza Station. The breakfast was decent with vegan options, so I had variety. I found the staff very nice. They immediately took care of our luggage when we arrived late at night.
The shower was dirty. I noticed mold and the shower head was not cleaned properly. The check-in service was average. I didn't get a clear check-in time despite telling them I would arrive on the overnight train.
