The bellhop offered quick assistance when i arrived.
The hotel design incorporates unexpected slopes. These are throughout each floor. The room lacked a functional desk, so i had to use the cabinet for my belongings.

the front office manager facilitated an early check-in for my mother and me around 8am. i previously emailed about my mother's birthday. the staff provided a complimentary cake and decorated the room with birthday greetings. purchasing fansipan tickets at the front desk includes complimentary vip access, thus eliminating long queues.

the room was immaculate and comfortable. room service was wonderfully delicious, as was breakfast (especially the omelets!).
