cold food stale pastries
the pool was fine , though nothing SPECIAL.
THE breakfast was honestly disappointing. The selection was limited, and much of the food was cold. The pastries were stale. They tasted like they had been sitting out for days. I also had issues with my room's AC, IT struggled to keep the room cool during the day.

the room was a beautiful double room. it had a lake view. the staff was attentive. i found the location peaceful.
the hotel seemed a little worn. there were cracked tiles. the bathroom needed work. the shower head looked calcified.

rubbery cuttlefish high prices
the food really wasn't good. i ordered the hot butter cuttlefish, and it was just covered in tomato sauce. the cuttlefish itself tasted like rubber. it also took forever to get a simple omelet. the prices felt too high for the quality of food i received.

poor cleanliness difficult door
the view from the hotel was acceptable.
the room was not properly cleaned. the sliding window did not fit correctly, so water leaked during rain, the water dripped onto the bed. the bathroom door was old and hard to close.

The room included reliable air conditioning and a clean bathroom. The hotel arranged a safari. The driver was punctual. The pool offered a refreshing way to cool down after a day out. I enjoyed the variety of options available at breakfast. It had both local and international dishes.

wonderful stay with awesome lake views
refreshing drink swift check-in fine sunset attentive staff
i received a refreshing welcome drink alongside a swift check-in process. the room offered amazing lake views. i observed diverse wildlife including birds and lizards. sunsets at the pool were fine with bats flying over. all staff members were friendly.
the garden area needs little more care to fully enjoy it.

the pool faces the lake and includes ample seating. there is a bar adjacent to the pool, offering drinks and snacks. a boat ride is available on the lake, booked via reception.

check-in was efficient and i got a welcome drink. the staff was attentive to requests. they organized a barbecue and were flexible with breakfast timings to accommodate the safari schedule.

the hotel is conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions. it is a good driving distance from Yala National Park, for anyone planning safari trips. the lake view is amazing, especially at sunset.

the buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide range of options. the restaurant provided good and fresh food and drinks. i enjoyed a tasty barbecue. the hotel even packed a to-go breakfast for our safari.
