mixed feelings about this hotel
attentive staffdated bathroombroken remote
the staff were attentive, which i did find helpful .
My room felt quite dated, it was not what i expect from a hotel. the bathroom was especially worn. It lacked the modern features i look FOR. the television remote was broken, and no one fixed IT. this made relaxing in the room difficult.

the gym has multiple treadmills and several weight machines. the pool area offers many loungers and a shaded section. i appreciated the fast airport drop (it really is close to the airport!). the staff was helpful in arranging an early breakfast to take with me.
the walk from reception to my room felt quite long. it was a bit inconvenient to walk that distance multiple times each day. (it would be nice if there were closer rooms available).

dated roompoor soundproofing
I was honestly a bit let down by a couple of things. the room felt a bit dated (especially the bathroom tiles) and could definitely use an update to feel luxurious. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from outside, especially early in the morning. it did affect my sleep quality a little bit (i'm quite a light sleeper).

The staff were very friendly and polite. They really tried to help with everything. i liked the outdoor pool. It was surrounded by palm trees. i also used the gym and sauna. It was perfect after a long drive.
the room i was assigned felt dark. i felt a little suffocated because the room was next to the car park. i could not open the drapes, cars were right there.
