I found the staff friendly and very helpful. They stored our bags when we went to explore other areas, then put them directly into our new room when we returned. The location is excellent. It is near many attractions and various food options (I discovered the best street food!).

I noticed that the pool had only a few sunbeds, and they looked somewhat worn. It was difficult to get one. The pool area seemed a bit crowded for the available seating.

The staff was attentive. The pool area provided a relaxing experience. It had shaded seating. Complimentary bottled water was readily available, which i appreciated. I found the location convenient. It allowed easy access to local attractions. Restaurants and night markets were within walking distance.

The shower water was not consistently hot . I hope they address this .

The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided a boxed breakfast when I had an early start one day. The location is great because it is within walking distance to Wat Chedi Luang. I found a 7/11 and various places to eat nearby.

The hotel does not permit alcohol. I wanted a cold beer by the pool but this was not possible.
