Wonderful stay
kind staffheated poollarge bedsdistant location
I found the staff kind. They helped me with everything from arrival to departure. The heated pool was also lovely, and the green environment felt very child-friendly. The security guard was very friendly and helpful, especially with children. The large beds in the rooms were also a great bonus.
The hotel is not close to lively areas. It is a 30-minute walk or car ride to them.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and a short drive from the airport. It is approximately ten minutes. Free shuttle services to the night market are available. This is a very nice service. The building is surrounded by many plants.

the ground floor pool view room was spacious. air conditioning maintained quiet, comfortable temperature control. i loved the relaxing pool area and lovely gardens. restaurant food provided a good selection. fresh fruits were available. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the hotel is not near anything, so i wouldn't advise that end of town.

The gym was a bit of a joke. Calling it 'super extra mini' is generous. It felt more like a closet with a couple of dumbbells than a proper workout space. the pool seemed to operate under some strange solar schedule. For a large part of the day, it was covered in shadow, a situation , made swimming less appealing. Forget about catching any sunlight while you are there!

I LOVED the free airport transfers. It made arrival and departure so EASY. My room had complimentary snacks and drinks that were restocked daily. What a treat! The hotel offered free daily craft activities. I made a bracelet, a treasured souvenir.
The breakfast buffet had limited variation . I wished for MORE options each morning.
