the pools are very amazing. they have unique shapes and sizes, and they are clean and warm. i noticed the hotel boasts a very large selection of food. i found fruit and vegetables. the personnel it was great. everyone was helpful and hardworking.
i thought there was no restricted area for smokers, and there was not even a non-smoking area ANYWHERE. i found it deeply unpleasant. you could not get away from the smoke.

the staff are really friendly and helpful. i noticed that the staff work hard to keep everything clean and amazing. i appreciate the friendly smiles from the daytime staff from the activity bar.

Fantastic Family Stay!

The hotel featured multiple pools. We enjoyed daily activities. Food at the all-inclusive was very good. We found many delicious options for starters, main courses, and desserts. The staff quickly solved our issues. The medical team provided rapid assistance when needed.
The loudness affected our relaxation, day and night. Constant screaming through the microphone was excessive. Volume control would greatly improve the experience

The room provided two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was great. Everyday, we received two complimentary water bottles, a nice touch. The room itself was very clean.

The hotel featured multiple swimming pools. I noticed enough space for everyone. Cooled water dispensers were conveniently located throughout the premises. I found both a mini market and clothing stores in the complex, so everything was close!

The food selection was excellent. I thought the quality, especially main dishes, was wonderful. The all inclusive drinks were great. I found drinks available at each bar. It was AMAZING.
