the free parking was convenient. i didn't have to pay extra for my car.
the room cleaning was oddly timed. one day, a maid knocked at 9 am on checkout day to clean before i had even left. it made me think they needed a better system or just some signs for the doors.

the staff was AMAZING. the managers were genuinely concerned that your stay was perfect. excellent facilities and high end rooms.
the rooms, breakfast and service were not of four star quality.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh choices each morning. my room, a superior double room, was spacious and very clean. all staff members were genuinely friendly and ready to help anytime. i appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions.

non-functional air conditioningturned off air conditioning
the air conditioning situation was dire. i mean, completely non-functional! they told me it was turned off because rooms were getting too cold. so, instead i got to sweat through the night. i thought thermostats were supposed to solve that problem. but what do i know?
