the location was close to supermarkets. the staff were helpful.
the room smelled damp. tables were dusty, the bathroom was not clean. i found yellow stains around the toilet, and the floor grouting was very dirty.

This hotel was VERY clean. All areas were immaculate, it exceeded my expectations! The big one bedroom apartment included all necessary kitchen equipment. I found a full-size kettle, a toaster, a hob, and a fridge. Everything needed with young children. The room also had a working tv with english channels. I had a VERY nice, open, but safe balcony on the ground floor away from the poolside, so the room stayed cool. I would DEFINITELY stay here again when I return!
I received two key cards on arrival and paid 22 euros. This policy seemed very strange and unexpected. I hope it gets fixed.

The maids are very lovely. They cleaned nearly every day. The staff just need bit of music around the pool area. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, so it was fantastic.

The food round the pool is spot on. The bar staff have been great and looked after us. There are several places to eat and drink on the door step. This was a REALLY positive point.

i had super clean rooms with enough space for my family. the kitchen included a toaster plus a kettle. staff were friendly, and its like a five min walk to the center, also a five min walk to the park. it was easy to find a sunbed even at 11am during half term. i will come back.
the karaoke bar across the road was really loud. it was hard to sleep before midnight because of this bar. earplugs helped a little.

The hotel was very clean. All areas were well maintained. The staff smiled every day. The location is close to Esmeralda beach and many shops. I liked the one-bedroom apartment. It had all the necessary kitchen equipment, including a full-size kettle, toaster, hob, and fridge. The balcony was big and safe.
The karaoke bar across the street played loud music late into the night.
