I enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and modern. The location was ideal for exploring, with many cafes and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff was quite helpful. The location was excellent, just down from Gates of Dawn.
The fridge in my room was broken . It took two days to fix it even after reporting it to reception three times. My cheese got spoiled.

i loved the helpful reception i got a super early check-in it was awesome. the loft room was cozy i felt comfortable the location really is perfect. the restaurant was awesome i was very content with the room and bathroom it was so fancy

I found the room interior stylish and comfy. The staff IS friendly and helpful. It added to the cute atmosphere. The location provided easy access to the city center. I also appreciated the VERY clean and modern facilities.
The breakfast lacked variety. There were no fresh fruits AVAILABLE on the first day. I also found there WERE no tea spoons. The ambient did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

My room included a comfortable bed, it helped me relax. The hotel is near many restaurants. Staff members were attentive and helpful. I found the location to be ideal for seeing the sights.
The room was a bit outdated. It showed wear. The downstairs restaurant lacked atmosphere. I chose to eat elsewhere. The party at the hotel's restaurant was loud one night. This disturbed my sleep.
