Location was very convenient. I could walk to Little Venice and the canal boat cruises from there. My room had a comfortable bed. The Lalique soap in the bathroom was a nice touch.
The price-quality of my stay felt off. I think the hotel should use honest pictures of each specific room.

the room was spacious and comfortable. i particularly appreciated the elevator, as it made accessing upper floors easy. the staff members i interacted with were friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast.
i found the absence of grab bars in the bath tub shower combo made it a little difficult to use safely.

The staff were very helpful directing me to nearby attractions. I found parking easily, because the hotel sent clear directions before my arrival. The breakfast buffet included a nice selection of fresh items. I especially liked the pastries.
The shower setup required a bit of maneuvering, though it was manageable.
