weak wifi unacceptable noise
the wifi signal was practically nonexistent in the room. i could barely load a webpage! also, the noise levels were unacceptable. i could hear everything happening outside, and the windows did nothing to block the sound. it was hard to sleep.

I found the staff very helpful with directions. Breakfast offered a wide selection of items and fresh choices. I especially appreciated the proximity to transport links for easy travel.
The soundproofing in my room was not effective. I could clearly hear noises from the corridor and neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to rest without disturbances.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. they helped us orient ourselves with thoughtful recommendations. the room was nice. the bed was clean and very comfortable.
the hotel refused a request to shorten our stay. this was due to their policy. the facilities in the room seemed old. it didn't feel like a true 4-star experience.

i found this hotel very convenient. its proximity to the train station made day trips easy. the staff provided helpful recommendations for exploring the city. i had a good experience overall though the stay was short.

the hotel location proved convenient, especially its proximity to the train station. the room was clean and the bed was notably large and comfortable, which i appreciated.
the bathroom lacked proper ventilation. the room's decor felt somewhat stark with walls painted in a way that reminded me of a hospital, i noticed no decorations on the walls .
