charming stay in THE city
birthday surprise christmas lights
the staff gifted me a birthday surprise, i didn't expect THAT. javier at reception provided excellent information about the christmas lights, that was our main reason for visiting. plus, they kindly stored our food from england in their fridge, a true gesture of help.
the room had little to NO soundproofing in the windows. you could definitely hear street traffic early in the morning, it was a DISRUPTIVE factor.

the hotel IS a short walk from the main shopping areas and marina. the train station is very close to the hotel, less than five minutes. this allows easy access to the airport and surrounding areas.

the room was clean. there was also a safe and mini bar. a nice shower and wall dispensers for toiletries was helpful. the bed provided a comfortable sleep.

clean bedroom good location poor soundproofing scarce staff
The bedroom was very clean. It was also comfortable. The air conditioning worked good as the temperature was high. The location was also good, it was a short walk to the city center.
There was no soundproofing for the windows. I could hear other rooms ablutions from early in the morning. The staff were scarce to find. I think the hotel is overpriced.

broken air conditioning street noise
The room's air conditioning didn't work properly, so the temperature was uncomfortably warm. Opening the window didn't help much. The front desk staff said they would look at it the next day. I was only staying for one night so that didn't help.

excellent location spacious room excellent service
the location proved excellent. the hotel stands a short walk from the main town and the marina.. the housekeeper provided excellent service, maintaining a clean and cute space. i found the room to be spacious.
i noticed that the room windows lacked soundproofing.

basic stay with a couple of issues
street noise sewage odor
the location was acceptable it made getting around fairly easy
the room lacked proper soundproofing i could constantly hear street noise. sewage odors came from the shower even after staff intervention the smells returned. this was disappointing for the price i paid
