An Okay Stay, Nothing Special
street noise lack of kettle
The lack of a coffee machine in the room was a bit annoying. I expected at least a kettle. the noise from the street at night made it difficult to sleep (perhaps I should have requested a room facing the courtyard). It sounded like a party was happening right outside. I am no fan of this situation. The room was not as soundproof as I would have liked.

solid stay, could be better
convenient breakfast close location
the location was great for getting around. breakfast had quite a nice spread and was pretty convenient. i really did like how close it was to the train station and many other amenities, very easy to get to most places from there.
the room lacked ac and it was very hot. i had to keep the window open, but the street noise made it hard to sleep. would've been better if they had soundproof windows or ac.

the hotel provides very easy access to public transport links. it is close to many popular sights. walking to various spots around the city took around 20 minutes only. it is a Very central location.

my room was kept clean. the mini bar was stocked fully. i also found the price of all the items in the mini bar acceptable. i liked how the bathroom amenities had the L'Occitane brand.

the hotel boasts beautiful interiors, especially during the christmas season. soundproofing is good and helps minimize noise. a darling wine room sits just off the lobby. a laundromat exists nearby, a short walk from the hotel.

the staff were cute and helpful during my arrival and departure.
the room i reserved, a classic double room, felt smaller than advertised. there was barely enough space to move around comfortably, and the layout seemed cramped. i expected more room for the price i paid.

The hotel's proximity to the main train station was convenient. The breakfast buffet provided a good start to each day. The staff were helpful. They promptly assisted with all requests. I found the room to be very clean and well-kept.
The street outside was a little noisy during the night. It might be something light sleepers notice.

The staff showed such warmth and grace. Their friendly faces were a constant comfort. the hotel's prime spot put me near train and bus lines. breakfast was like a royal spread each morning. i found the underfloor heating in the bathroom particularly lovely, a gentle warmth.
i noticed a faint musty scent in the hallway one afternoon.

helpful staff perfect location nice bathroom
A staff member helped me with my bags and parking details right at the car. the hotel's location made it easy to walk to the older parts of the city. my room included space for a sofa and coffee table. It also featured a nice sized bathroom with toiletries.
the alley in front of the hotel had a few people hanging out, which slightly detracted from the otherwise perfect atmosphere
