The bed were wonderfully comfortable. The shower was huge. The location is very convenient, being just beside the city center.

The AC were set, so I were unable to cool down the room. The room was loud because it was by a side street. Breakfast was not included and the breakfast staff were unkind when I took orange juice, because I didn't know it was just for the buffet.

the location proved convenient for accessing transportation HUBS.

the air conditioning was not effective, and the room remained quite warm THROUGHOUT my stay, it did impact my sleep quality. the staff offered no immediate solution to address this issue.

the room was so loud as it was by a side street! we could not cool down the room as the ac was set. breakfast was not included, and the staff would bark at us if we took orange juice (which we didn't know).

poor airflowdusty room

the air conditioning was poorly directed. it pointed toward the floor, not into the room. this made it uncomfortable even on the lowest setting. also, i found some dust in the room. i expected better cleanliness for the price i paid.
