king bed helpful lady
the king suite spa bath was massive i liked having two tvs and a sofa the breakfast had many options plus good quality. the front desk lady was very helpful she spoke english very well
the furniture in the room felt a bit old not a major issue though

The scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage were cold at the buffet, this happened on both days of my stay. It made breakfast quite disappointing. I would have preferred hot food.

the spacious room was acceptable.
The hotel lacked tea and coffee facilities in the room. there was no laundry service available either. also, there was no room service.
