The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety.
The air conditioning in my Double Room barely worked. I also had trouble with the TV because many channels were unavailable. These issues impacted my overall stay negatively.

the location was acceptable, near some shops and public transport.
the bathroom in my room had this unpleasant smell, even after the staff tried cleaning it. i also got charged for breakfast i didn't even have, and they didn't refund me for it. this was not great.

The breakfast had many options. the rooms were clean daily with fresh towels. the receptionists spoke good english. They answered all my questions. the location is near a shopping mall.
The room temperature was off. The ac didn't work. when i covered with the blanket, i was like a plastic bag. i could hear doors closing loudly from other rooms all night. the water flow from the faucet was strong, but the sink is shallow.

nice spreadgood size
I found the breakfast really worth the money! we had it every day. The spread was very nice and they accomodated us until late. the rooms were a good size, too.
The air conditioning did not refresh my room enough. It was only a minor issue, though.
