shower cleanlinessbroken tiles

the shower cleanliness was subpar. i noticed patches of mildew and the grout needed resealing. there were also several broken tiles on the floor. the limited kitchen equipment was also frustrating.. there were no instructions for the convection and microwave oven, so i couldn't use it.
