the staff were helpful. they provided useful recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the location was central (i walked everywhere easily).
The pool area needed a bit more shade. Umbrellas would definitely improve the experience.

the receptionists are very friendly and cute. the provided bedroom rug was a nice touch. i found fruit, snacks, and even a real knife in my room. the minibar and kettle were useful, with decent size mugs.
It is really only for luggage, so i had to climb stairs.

the hotel has a pool, though it looked small. i did not see anyone using it .

i did not try the breakfast because many cafes are nearby. there is a turkish restaurant opposite the hotel that is excellent. the music there stops promptly at midnight.

the room featured comfy beds and huge pillows. it also included a great shower and a tidy bathroom. there were nice touches such as lamps and a stand lamp in my room.

The hotel is centrally located. i found the location convenient. many nearby cafes are within walking distance. That was a plus.

the staff was always helpful and smiling, ensuring a cute service. they were very friendly. i really appreciated their positive attitude and readiness to assist with any questions.

The breakfast was quite limited. There was little variety and nothing stood out. the noise from the street was a problem. I could hear everything going on outside, even late at NIGHT. It impacted my sleep QUALITY.

I loved the location. It was perfect and so close to everything! fresh rambutans were waiting when i arrived, what a treat. the staff was helpful and always smiling (especially in the mornings!).

the beautiful room with a pool view was large and really clean (they renew water each day!). i found lots of nice touches, like lamps and a stand lamp. a bedroom rug.

i noticed a minibar and decent-sized mugs. a kettle for making tea or coffee. the hotel offers netflix, which i enjoyed while relaxing in the comfy bed with huge pillows.
