consistent quality stay

the reception team consisting of parshant, narish, raja, jeetu, and rahul provided a warm welcome and a fast check-in process i had a clean room i felt secure thanks to the security team led by sudip, dharmendra, and manju the breakfast selection offered delicious choices and food manager sandeep ensured attentive service.
the hotel did not have a swimming pool i found this to be a minor drawback for a hotel of this standard.

the room featured modern decor it had a comfortable king-sized bed and included amenities like a tv and a well-stocked mini-fridge i found the air conditioning system worked efficiently to keep the room cool.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including both continental and indian dishes i noticed fresh fruit juices were available alongside hot beverage choices the dining area was clean and well-kept and staff promptly cleared tables.

the hotel is situated near the city center the hotel offers convenient access to local attractions i saw the proximity to a shopping mall adjacent to the hotel with additional options for dining and shopping the hotel also provided easy access to local transport.

the staff consistently showed politeness the staff offered professional assistance throughout my stay the front desk team was responsive to requests i observed a high level of attentiveness from the housekeeping staff who maintained cleanliness to the rooms and public areas.

My room was superb. It was very clean. the welcome from the reception team was warm. check-in was notably fast. i liked the delicious breakfast selection. security was thorough. It. the location is convenient because it is near a shopping center. the restaurant staff was very attentive to everyone.
The sheets in my room had visible stains.

a good stay in agra

i found the room very clean and spacious. the shower pressure was good , and hot water was consistent. laundry service was also fast. kunal , aman , and the staff were professional and friendly , always ready to assist.
the hotel seemed to have some trouble with stained towels and bedsheets .

the hotel is near a shopping mall , and there is a smart market downstairs , which makes the location very convenient. there is a restaurant on the second floor of the adjacent mall.
