poor bathroomunprofessional staff
The reception staff seemed unprofessional. They did not manage the breakfast seating well. There was confusion as they gave my table to another guest after seating me. The breakfast food quality did not meet the standards I expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber. It was really disappointing. the bathroom was pretty old

the hotel location was quite convenient it was near a mall.
i was disappointed with several aspects of my stay. the house keeping service was not good and the pool seemed not well maintained. also i found the room card never worked properly i had to refresh it multiple times this was really annoying.

the room had a classic king or twin room. the hotel provides complimentary transfers to the beach. the housekeeping kept the room super clean and refilled amenities daily.
the room did not get cleaned one day, and the staff's response seemed a little dismissive.
