I found the multiple pools a great feature! the resort felt expansive, and i was close to the rail bridge. the large rooms provided comfort . The price offered excellent value.

The hotel location is near the River Kwai bridge. The room included a small private terrace on the ground floor. The swimming pool has a good temperature and many deck chairs.
The personnel barely speaks English. The concierge was unable to provide information.

I loved the grounds. They were beautifully maintained right by the river. there were many spots to sit and soak in the nature. the pool area was lovely too, perfect for a refreshing dip. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious choices (the fruit selection was excellent!).
i noticed the air conditioning in the room wasn't working quite as well as i'd hoped. it struggled to keep the room consistently cool, a bit bothersome during the warmer parts of the day.

the staff were very warm and helpful during my entire stay. room service was prompt and efficient. the team quickly addressed all requests (especially with extra towels).

the resort boasts multiple pools, including one specifically for laps. i also enjoyed the well-kept gardens and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. the landscape swimming pool had very warm water, which i really liked.
