poor foodunfair charge
The food really disappointed me. i ordered food separately as i don't eat buffet food. it wasn't good and i had to wait 45 minutes for all of it to arrive. It was annoying. also. i had to pay for peanuts that i didn't even open. It felt unfair.

The location in nature was acceptable.
The food quality at the restaurant disappointed me (I expected better considering the price). Service there was also slow. I waited a long time for my food to arrive. I found the staff to be not particularly friendly.

The resort is a marvel with a rainforest garden. It features two pools with distinct communion with nature. The grounds are thoughtfully designed with verdant surroundings that coexist in harmonious respect for ancient trees. The accommodations are immaculate.
The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Any tours had to booked at the hotel, I thought these were expensive. I felt rather trapped in this resort.
