well-kept grounds excellent meal power cut outrageous pricing
The grounds were well kept, and it was lovely to take a walk around the river. i felt immersed in the jungle. the evening meal was excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel. It was a delight.
i experienced a power cut. it was planned maintenance. i think it would be nice if i had been informed beforehand. the pricing for activities and tours is outrageous.

poor food unfair charge
The food really disappointed me. i ordered food separately as i don't eat buffet food. it wasn't good and i had to wait 45 minutes for all of it to arrive. It was annoying. also. i had to pay for peanuts that i didn't even open. It felt unfair.

The location in nature was acceptable.
The food quality at the restaurant disappointed me (I expected better considering the price). Service there was also slow. I waited a long time for my food to arrive. I found the staff to be not particularly friendly.

Relaxing Getaway Amidst Nature
rainforest garden serene communion harmonious respect
The resort is a marvel with a rainforest garden. It features two pools with distinct communion with nature. The grounds are thoughtfully designed with verdant surroundings that coexist in harmonious respect for ancient trees. The accommodations are immaculate.
The staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. Any tours had to booked at the hotel, I thought these were expensive. I felt rather trapped in this resort.
