charming hosttailored optionsthoughtful touchconvenient travel
robertson was a genuinely charming host. the breakfast included tailored options and tasted fantastic. i really appreciated the extras like tea, coffee, and even earbuds in the room (a thoughtful touch, really). the location being right opposite the train station made travel convenient.
The shower took a little while for the hot water to come through. this was only a minor inconvenience.

The location was convenient, being close to the train station. breakfast options existed, however, the timetable, set between 8-9 AM, felt restrictive for a Sunday morning. I prefer a more relaxed start. I did not get it here. the bed was not comfortable.

the host seemed nice enough.
breakfast felt too early, even on vacation. the shower made a racket (i timed it, exactly 3 minutes before any hot water came through). also, the bed definitely needs an upgrade, my back is not thanking me.

The staff impressed me. robertson was friendly. the location proved ideal, especially its proximity to the train station. the breakfast setup was great. I ticked selected items the night before, made morning seamless.
