the room felt safe, a haven after long travels. i especially liked how i could book it on the same day. staff were friendly, i felt welcome.

The staff was super friendly. the room was huge. It was clean and tidy with all required items. the bed was comfy. the shower was good! it was really a great place and great value
the only downside was the noise. it is located on the main road and close to pubs with lots of rowdy pub goers. the bus stop was just outside the window with lots of saturday night drunken revelry. also, there was no cook and the kitchens were closed so no food was available

i found the rooms larger than i expected. the rooms were also very clean. i found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. adequate sound proofing helped mitigate the sounds from downstairs and outside too.
there was no cook available, so the kitchens were closed. food was not available at the hotel.
