mold in bathroomwall patches
The room I was assigned was not quite up to par. I found some mold in the bathroom. It needed a good scrub. The room also had these questionable patches on the wall corners. I aired it out, it improved slightly. Still, a little disappointing.

The location provides views of the water. Parking was ample. The breakfast was satisfactory. The evening meals (I had the fresh fish) were well prepared.
My room had some needed repairs. I saw areas that required fresh paint. The towels were thin and grey. The prices seemed a little high for what was offered.

friendly staffestuary views
the breakfast had great options and the staff was very friendly there. checking in and out was simple. i found the area easy to get to and enjoyed a drink with estuary views out front.
The hotel shut on sunday evening, so no food or drinks were available. I had to use the back entrance to get to my room.
