the shower had no hot water one evening and the following morning until 8:00. a cold shower is very unpleasant. i also found there was no heating operational in late september, thus my room was unusually cold.

the room was very clean and well maintained breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared to my request. the location was convenient with a short walk to the seafront. the staff were friendly and helpful making my stay smooth.
the parking was not directly on the premises so i used the nearby carpark.

the location offered a very short walk to the seafront and the town center is similarly close. plenty of storage space was available in my room. car parking was convenient with a car park situated nearby. the breakfast was freshly prepared to your own individual requests
there was no heating active during my late september stay. i requested a space heater that resolved this matter quickly

the location was excellent. it was a quick walk to town, and i found a large public car park nearby with reasonable prices! the owners were lovely. they gave us awesome tips about where to go and where to eat!
the stairs to my room were many, but the room was worth it!

I found the location quite convenient, a very short walk to the seafront! breakfast was lovely, freshly prepared and met my requests. The owners were friendly and cute. they were very tentative and happy to assist in any way possible, which i appreciated a lot.
my room was quite cold upon arrival in late september because the heating wasn't activated, inconvenient. i needed to use a space heater to warm up the room as there was no hot water available in the shower during the evening. this was solved by morning but was a slight discomfort.
