musty odorinconsistent housekeeping
my stay experienced SIGNIFICANT problems. the room smelled heavily of mildew. the air conditioning did NOT function properly, and it was uncomfortably warm at night. housekeeping was inconsistent, and some days towels were missing.

i loved using my marriott points for this stay. the pool was huge with plenty of loungers! sara at the m club was so wonderful. the spanish restaurant had excellent food at reasonable prices, i really enjoyed it.
the toilet flush did not work very well. the concierge lady was very unhelpful. the gentleman was much better, i wish they both had the same level of service.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. the pool provided a good way to relax. karym, habib, and zakouya offered excellent service with food and drinks.
the initial room had issues, including a leaky ceiling and mold. the overall cleanliness of the room was questionable. unexpected charges were added to the bill during the check-out process.
