the location proved convenient , with easy access to key attractions. the on-site restaurant offered delectable austrian cuisine. the comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep , which i appreciate.

the location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. the staff were friendly and helpful! our room was always made up very neatly and clean.
the ac did not cool the room, and the weather was quite warm. there was no refrigerator in the room. the mildew smell in the bathroom was strong.

i was quite frustrated with a few things. the lack of a refrigerator in the beautiful room was annoying. i found out the thermostat was locked, controlling the room temperature! this made the room uncomfortably warm, and it took multiple trips to the front desk to try and adjust it. the front desk staff were unhelpful and the phone in the room had no directory.

The restaurant attached to the hotel proved delicious. Breakfast was good too. Fried or scrambled eggs were available daily. I am grateful for the great housekeeper. She cleaned the room and left clean towels daily.
The communal space felt limited. There was no proper lobby. I found the absence of facilities or outdoor space disappointing. There was just a small reception area.
