a stay with some significant drawbacks.
cramped room disruptive noise
the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
The room size was a major issue, it felt cramped. there was barely enough space to move around, especially with luggage. the noise levels were also unacceptable. Street noise permeated the room at all hours, this really disrupted my sleep.

charmed by the hotel
good location clean room nice staff water bottles
The location met my expectations. It was quite close to many attractions. the room was very clean! also, the staff was nice and informative! i was really charmed by the complimentary water bottles being available all the time. It helped .
the room was very small! there wasn't much space to work. it can be noisy, but i expected that given it's on the avenue.

there is a starbucks accessible from the lobby. a fridge with complimentary beverages and daily housekeeping with fresh towels is available. water bottles are available for free at the reception.

the staff provides great support . they met every question, every request with kindness and generosity. i received recommendations for places and felt very welcome.
