Solid Stay Near Penn Station

The hotel room was very clean, always a big plus for me. i found the staff very friendly . They answered a few questions i had about local transit. i especially liked that the hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service to and from the train station. it made getting around much easier.
I noticed the hallway on my floor was a bit noisy. It wasn't a major issue, but something to be aware of.

My room was nice and always clean. the bed was comfortable. I slept soundly each night. the bathroom was large and included all necessary amenities, that's really important after a long day.

the hotel has quick access to penn station for travel. it is also located near the prudential center, offering easy access to events. the area safe area, especially when traveling back and forth to manhattan.

I found some great options for breakfast nearby. A restaurant across the street had amazing breakfast choices. the hotel itself has an on-premise restaurant, though i didn't dine there for dinner this time. still, the food was AMAZING!!!

shuttle serviceairport wait
the shuttle service was quite disorganized. i waited over 40 minutes at the airport after calling multiple times, only to be told someone was on their way (it wasn't true). the staff didn't seem to be able to coordinate it effectively (i guess that's not surprising).
