the room was clean. the staff were helpful with directions to nearby attractions. the location was close to transportation, this made exploring easy.
the room size was small which was a little inconvenient though i managed ok.

The hotel is near central station. it is within good walking distance to shops, restaurants, trams, the train station, and bus stops. I found it quite easy to get around. i recommend taxis for trips out of central station.

The customer service was very nice. The staff were helpful! i found them to be very nice and always willing to assist with any questions i had. the front desk was always staffed and ready to help.

breakfast was simple but good and the service was very nice. there are also plenty of choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner around the hotel, though i didn't try the hotel's breakfast.

The personnel was attentive! the room was super clean, a few blocks away from the train station. the hotel is close to the train station. The city center and larger museums are within easy walking distance too.

the bathroom lacked a separate heating source, leaving it quite cold. furthermore, the walls seemed very thin. i could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms. it impacted my stay negatively.

the location was excellent it was very convenient for my needs easy access to local transport and nearby attractions made my stay enjoyable the beds were comfortable i had a good night's sleep the bedding was clean and fresh that was appreciated after long days of sightseeing
the tv in my room did not work despite bringing it up twice that was not a huge issue since i was not in the room much
