the location proved convenient with easy access to shops and restaurants. i had a smooth and swift check-in, a relief after my travels. the staff addressed my queries promptly and professionally. i found the provided fans especially helpful in managing the room temperature.
the bathroom could use some minor updates.

the hotel is close to the train station, about a ten-minute walk. many restaurants surround the area, offering varied dining options. the st bavo church is very near.

the reception staff offered assistance with directions and travel arrangements. they were helpful in arranging transport. the staff demonstrated professionalism during check-in and check-out, so it made those processes go smoothly.

My room had a good shower with consistent hot water. the family room felt spacious. That was great!!! fans were provided to manage temperature because there wasn't air conditioning. i appreciated the simple setup. It served its purpose.

The location is right in the city centre. The hotel has a bar, though I did not try the food.
My disappointment involved significant noise late at night. A wedding in the restaurant produced loud music. It made furniture shake and continued after midnight. I called the receptionist to complain and he only offered ear plugs..
