Stylish and Convenient
clean roomsfriendly staff
I found the hotel very close to the subway stations. The staff was helpful and assisted with guest requests effectively. I especially liked the design and cleanliness of the rooms.

unpleasant smellbed bugs
My stay wasn't great. The hallway had an AWFUL smell one night. I contacted reception, and they did spray something, but it took a while to clear. It was just inconvenient! Even worse, my partner got bed bug bites during another night. We found several bugs. The staff did move us and offered breakfast, but it was A traumatic experience.
