attentive service and stylish rooms

the staff provided excellent service exceeding expectations for a luxury hotel. frederic chan, the assistant front office manager, thoughtfully arranged luggage storage and room continuity during a trip interruption. he surprised us with an anniversary gift displaying genuine care and attention to detail. the team's dedication.
i noticed a slight musty smell in the bedsheets it might be better to store the sheets properly.

the room was spacious and modern with a woven mat floor instead of carpet. the design created a very clean and relaxing environment. it was a city signature king room.

the front desk staff were helpful and friendly from check-in. housekeeping paid great attention to detail and were equally cute. i would say every staff member provided excellent service.

the hotel is a short walk from wong chuk hang subway station. there is also a big mall and local food stalls are nearby. it is quite convenient to get around.

the hotel offered a convenient location near the metro station. i found the room spacious with beautiful decorations. the bed was large too.
the noise levels were HIGH. i could hear neighbors talking clearly. the deposit refund took over a month to process on my credit card
