underwhelming stay with service issues
empty equipmentdutch sheet
The breakfast service needed attention. the juice equipment was empty. it was necessary for me to request refills and signal issues to the staff. I expect more from a hotel of this supposed caliber. also, the informational sheet at check-in was only in dutch. this lack of multilingual support created an immediate inconvenience, particularly considering the international clientele i observed.

the informational sheet at check-in was dutch. that wasn't useful to me as a tourist. the room faced the parking lot. i wanted a harbor view. also, only four coffee pods were in the room when we needed more. the glass bathroom door offered limited privacy too.

the hotel overlooks a picturesque marina. the staff throughout the hotel are friendly. the breakfast included a good variety of choices and tasted fresh. the rooms are well-equipped with all necessary amenities.
i did notice some small towels in the bathroom, they could benefit from being a bit larger.
