Acceptable Stay at the Hotel

The gym was great. It had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The breakfast was extensive (I liked the fresh fruit selection).
The room size seemed smaller than advertised. It was listed as 24 square meters. The service in the restaurant was slow. I waited twenty minutes to order drinks.

the room was suitable for sleeping (that's what i needed).
the restaurant had an issue i did not like. i found a hair in my tomato soup and my friend got food poisoning from mushroom soup, this.

I had booked a luxury room, but I received a basic room upon arrival. I protested, but there were no other rooms available initially. Eventually, after some persistence, I did get the room I had reserved. I had an issue where I paid twice for breakfast previously. I still have not received a refund.
