charming stay by the river

i found the rooms modern and very clean the bed felt comfortable. the location was great near the river i could reach the duomo in a short walk. i appreciated the thoughtful welcome notes and the treats for the marathon runner in our group. the staff also surprised a member of our group with a birthday note and prosecco.

the wifi did not work well this was inconvenient. it made planning difficult and was frustrating during downtime. i hope the issue is addressed quickly to improve the guest experience.

the staff were friendly enough , and the location was okay for getting around.

the room reeked of damp when i arrived and throughout my stay , which was really unpleasant. the finish was also poor with marks all over the walls. it needs redecorating.

the location was acceptable. it was within walking distance to the city center.

The room assigned was quite disappointing. It was practically in the basement and partly underground. the window looked out onto a higher internal service courtyard, offering a less than stellar view. the bed was uncomfortably hard. i found the walls peeling. the bathroom was cramped. I doubt a larger person could sit comfortably on the toilet. also. the noise at night was irritating. I could hear pumps turning on and off since the room faced the service courtyard.
