charming stay by the river
modern room clean room short walk
i found the rooms modern and very clean the bed felt comfortable. the location was great near the river i could reach the duomo in a short walk. i appreciated the thoughtful welcome notes and the treats for the marathon runner in our group. the staff also surprised a member of our group with a birthday note and prosecco.
the wifi did not work well this was inconvenient. it made planning difficult and was frustrating during downtime. i hope the issue is addressed quickly to improve the guest experience.

i found the breakfast good it featured a great selection of pastries plus fresh fruit and hot breakfast items each morning. the coffee machine was easy to use. i always found fresh options available during breakfast hours.

the staff was very kind and hospitable. i appreciated their quick and friendly help with all my requests. they were always ready with a smile and promptly addressed my needs. i felt supported throughout my stay.

the hotel is located along the river. i could reach the city center very easily. it was a safe and beautiful neighborhood i walked to most of the sites or took a bus readily.

acceptable stay , but issues exist
damp room poor finish
the staff were friendly enough , and the location was okay for getting around.
the room reeked of damp when i arrived and throughout my stay , which was really unpleasant. the finish was also poor with marks all over the walls. it needs redecorating.
