uneven stay with several ISSUES

slow servicenoisy air conditioning

the check-in process was AWFUL. there were long queues and very slow service. i waited almost an hour just to get my room key. the staff seemed understaffed and disorganized, and didn't really acknowledge the wait. also, the air conditioning in my room was not FUNCTIONING correctly. it struggled to cool the room, and it made a loud, rattling noise all night, this made it difficult to sleep.

the size of the rooms was acceptable.

i found the check-in process quite chaotic (it was not well organized). there were no pre-arrival instructions and i had to unload everything at reception only to realize i needed to reload the car to drive to the room. this was not a smooth start to my stay.
