Nice and neat Stay

The room was clean and the amenities included toiletries. I found an ironing board with an iron and closet space, very useful for keeping my clothes wrinkle-free. The Roku TV was a nice touch for entertainment, especially in the evenings after a day exploring. It made accessing my room on the higher floor easy.
The check-in process was a bit complicated. Old-fashioned RFID cards seem simpler.

the room was modern and very clean. i liked the free coffee and water in the lobby. the staff helped with early check-in and gave great recommendations for nearby breakfast.
the shower water sometimes got cool when many people were showering.

the location makes it easy to walk to lombard street, union square, and pier 39. polk street has a good selection of restaurants just a short walk away, and there are grocery stores about 500 meters away.

The lobby provides complimentary coffee, café latte, espresso, and cocoa. This is great early in the morning before heading out. a microwave is available in the lobby for heating food, and ice cubes are freely available.

The room was clean and spacious. It included a desk, perfect for getting some work done. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled my request for a late checkout.
There was no bottled water in the room. I had to use the water and ice machine in the lobby to refill my water bottle. I found this slightly inconvenient.
