excellent locationfree parkingthin wallstraffic noise
the location was excellent restaurants and shops were within walking distance i found free parking quite convenient the room itself felt spacious and was very clean
the walls seemed thin i could clearly hear neighbors traffic noise was noticeable throughout the night i found it difficult to sleep well

noisy street
The noise from the busy intersection kept me awake some nights. it was hard to ignore the constant traffic sounds. I had to walk up several flights of stairs. this made it quite inconvenient to carry my luggage.

The room was remodeled and had a modern look. I found it nice, clean and functional. There was also parking included on the hotel, a huge plus. I thought the accommodation was simple, but perfect if you don't plan of spending a lot of time in your room, just need it to sleep at night.
The receptionist had AN attitude when we checked in.

The updated rooms looked much nicer and cleaner than before the refurbishment. I had a comfortable bed with plenty of plugs. My room size was good, and I found it convenient.

The location was really nice with good restaurants nearby. I could walk to Fisherman's Wharf in about 10 to 15 minutes. Public transportation was easily accessible from the hotel, which i found very useful.

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Henry, the admin guy, was efficient. He was courteous and friendly. I thought this contributed to a positive experience.

Fresh coffee and other hot beverages WERE available in the lobby every morning. This was a convenient amenity. I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

The receptionist checked us in early. I appreciated this since our room was ready. The room was modern and very clean. The hotel also looked after our bags after checkout before we left for the airport.
The pillows were small , similar to square cushions. A bigger pillow size is needed.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and also provided assistance with directions to local attractions. I appreciated their willingness to help with my luggage upon arrival.
