cold chicken long wait
The chicken schnitzel was cold. i sent it back, but the waiter did not take my wife's salad back at the same time, so her chips got cold. we did not eat our meal together. This was unacceptable. a long wait occurred for the dessert and when i asked for the bill i waited a long time so went to pay at reception instead.

the superior king room was super clean. i booked a table in the restaurant and the food was fine. breakfast was perfect too. the staff were cute and very kind.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager, too. the food was good. I particularly enjoyed the meals. our room was lovely. I felt really comfortable there.
I found the restaurant a little empty when i arrived. It didn't have much atmosphere.

The hotel has a central position. I could easily reach different points of interest. It was also surprisingly quiet given the prime location. the large parking lot was useful. I never had trouble finding a space.

The rooms appear individually decorated. This gives a unique character to each space! the spaces were clean. All amenities were in good working order, it was reassuring to see high maintenance standards.

The staff was friendly. They provided efficient service. This. i felt supported in every interaction, the team seemed willing to assist with any request. it. I really appreciated that.
