charming stay with really good food

The owners were cute. i appreciated the quirky decor. I spotted new details constantly (a feast for the eyes!). the food was really good, especially the chef's homemade profiteroles.
my single room felt a bit unfinished, as though it was still being painted.

the hotel offered a peaceful setting amidst fine scenery. the surroundings provided a tranquil escape from the bustle of daily life. i noticed ample parking space too.

The breakfast featured fresh, top quality ingredients (i'm a big fan!). i enjoyed a generous portion of perfectly cooked christmas turkey dinner. the monkfish scampi was another highlight. It melted in my mouth.

An Okay Stay, Some Issues Noted
faulty showercarpeted bathroom
The bathroom was carpeted, which I found rather odd. The electric shower kept switching from scalding hot to cold every minute. The temperature dial seemed faulty! I also found there was no door to the bathroom. A blackout curtain served as a door. It was not ideal and kind of strange
