poor soundproofing uninterested staff
the breakfast had a nice variety.
The room i had lacked proper soundproofing. i heard doors slamming and loud guests late into the night and early in the morning. staff at the reception seemed uninterested. They did not offer solutions to these disturbances.

gluten-free bread excellent breakfast
i enjoyed the delicious breakfast. there were many options available including gluten-free bread! the location was excellent and restaurants were so close by.

faulty door closure insufficient vegan options
our room did not close properly. i asked at the reception, and they said it would take a few moments, but it just did not work. anyone could open our door. i requested a vegan breakfast weeks in advance and was assured vegan options were available. it turned out there was no vegan milk, butter, or yogurt. i was told "there is fruit for you," which felt really disappointing
