serene escape
norwegian antiquesbeautiful artdelicious dinner
i found the hotel's communal areas gorgeous. norwegian antiques and art were displayed everywhere giving it a special feel. the reception team helped me organize activities and station pick ups. dinner was delicious and the breakfast buffet offered lots of choice.
the room was a bit too hot. there was no air conditioning available.

the hotel is close to a ski run literally running to the door. the setting felt very spacious with a great mix of traditional decor. it is also a great mix of modern decor.

a few issues
broken minibarlimited menu
the minibar was not working properly it did not cool drinks adequately i reported this issue to the front desk but it was never resolved the room service menu was limited especially for vegetarian options this made it difficult to find something suitable for dinner on several occasions the absence of a wider variety impacted the overall convenience and satisfaction

The hotel was quite busy. It was hard to find a quiet spot. My room got very warm and there was no air conditioning to cool it down. It was hard to relax because of the constant noise and the heat made sleeping difficult. I expected more peace and quiet from this mountain hotel. The lack of air conditioning and the crowds were very disappointing.
