a good enough stay
great atmospherenice locationsingle socketwater temperature
the rooms are on the back of the pub. the pub itself has a great atmosphere. (i especially loved the live music!) the location is also really nice.
There was only one plug socket in the room. i also had some issues with the shower. It was hard to get the right water temperature. i was either freezing or burning.

the location was excellent for exploring the high street. i liked having a bus stop nearby, providing easy access to central areas. free car parking close to the hotel was helpful.

my room was clean and the shower was lovely. the location works great, especially with live music available on weekends. i enjoyed the friendly pub atmosphere a lot too.
there was only one power outlet in my room, a little bit inconvenient.

moldy smellthin walls
The bathroom had a moldy smell. the ventilation seemed inadequate. i could barely hear the tv even with the volume turned up. someone opened my window and screamed. That was very alarming, it really scared me. the walls are thin too. I heard my friends talking in the next room.
