the room was spacious and clean. the bed and pillows seems very comfortable. dogs were welcome everywhere in hotel, that was very important for me. the bar felt cute and cosy, just what i needed after a long day.
the continental breakfast felt a little stale. croissants were not fresh, maybe even yesterday. the pub felt lifeless and lacked some character. there was no music and it closed early at 950pm. dinner also closed early, at 745pm.

the staff was very cute. they changed our room to a lower floor after noticing my husband had mobility issues. our room was spacious with a nice bathroom and shower. fresh water, biscuits, and hot drinks were replenished daily (it was a lovely treat!).
the tv wasn't tuned, so i couldn't use it unless i logged into my own account.

the room was quite nice and included a comfortable bed. the bathroom was especially good, fitted with a powerful shower. i liked that we had a sofa in the room.

the staff were amazing and always ready to help. they were very friendly and cute. i really appreciated the effort they made to accommodate my husband's mobility issues (so thoughtful!).
