the staff provided me with tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
the shower pressure was not good i barely had any water coming out of the shower head it made it difficult to properly wash myself.

the location provided easy access to nearby shops.
The shower pressure was weak, barely any water came out. the bathroom stayed humid even with the window open, so the towels never dried. the carpet in the room was quite dirty upon arrival. It seemed no one had bothered to vacuum.

staff were indeed friendly. food was quite nice. breakfast specifically, kept me going all day i felt. it was freshly cooked, i noted, and served very hot.
towels from a previous guest were left at the bathroom door when i arrived. there were no coffee cups or tea cups in the room. the shower cubicle felt a little small. i think it might be a squeeze for larger guests.

the location was good. the food portions were huge and well cooked. it was excellent value for money.
the room was very small and needed updating. there was dust in the room. i saw cobwebs in the bathroom and there was mould in the shower.

The breakfast offered a good selection of items.
The shower cubicle was small. During my shower, it flooded significantly, with dirty water coming up from the drain. The carpets in the room was dirty, and the chair was torn and unappealing.
