The building has a nice foyer. I checked in early with Vichra's great help, and the staff was accommodating. It was very polite of them.
The pool could be cleaned more often. I saw dead insects floating around.

I enjoyed the hotel location and the accessible transportation. Staff members were friendly. Sokleang made perfect margaritas during happy hour (a good surprise!). The hotel is accessible for tours and near good restaurants including one on site. I stayed at this place for ten days.

The layout of the room was unusual with a concrete tub separating the toilet and shower, which seemed to waste a lot of space. I felt the design could be better optimized for functionality and comfort.

the staff was very eager to please, also very helpful. breakfast in the restaurant was awesome with buffet, asian, and western options. there were also à la carte options. the room was great i loved the rainfall shower.
i found the pool a little unclean. the surface had flies and dead gecko floating around and i did not see anyone clean the pool in four days.

the reservation team was helpful before i arrived.
i found the bed quite hard, disappointing. the air conditioning stayed at 26 degrees celsius automatically. this made it difficult to sleep well because it was too warm and damp.
