diverse breakfast lovely pool polite staff
i found the breakfast selection diverse. the swimming pool area was quite lovely. the private beachside provided a relaxed atmosphere. the staff were friendly and polite .
the hotel location is a short taxi ride away from shops, but this information isn't readily shared at check-in. i wasn't aware initially. it made planning outings slightly less convenient

a decent stay overall
friendly staff breakfast variety helpful reception dated room bathroom mold dirty air conditioning
every staff member i met was friendly. they tried their best to. the food was really good and the breakfast had a huge variety (i especially liked the fruit selection). the reception desk was helpful.
the rooms were quite dated, with mold in the bathroom. the air conditioning unit was also dirty. the whole hotel needs an update. (it feels a bit run down).

impressed with the level of service and facilities
welcome surprise excellent staff beautiful grounds
the staff were excellent and very professional. i found the bread buffet varied and quite large. the pools suited all ages, from shallow areas for children to deeper sections for adults. the grounds were kept beautiful daily.
the minibar is only accessible through room service, which could be more convenient.

helpful staff fresh juice comfortable bed stale pastries poor cocktails breakfast quality
the staff was nice and helpful. one waiter prepared fresh watermelon juice for me (i didn't even ask for it). the bed was comfortable.
the pastries at breakfast seemed stale. i think they came from a plastic bag. mojitos and piña coladas were not prepared properly.

adequate stay with noticeable flaws
overpriced food broken phone
the location was acceptable as it provided a reasonable base for island exploration.
the minibar was only accessible through room service and items were overpriced. this limitation felt inconvenient and reduced the spontaneity of enjoying refreshments. i found the system to be restrictive and not aligned with what i expect from a hotel of this purported standard. also, the room's phone didn't operate correctly and i had to personally visit the reception each time i require assistance.
