the minibar was only accessible through room service and items were overpriced. this limitation felt inconvenient and reduced the spontaneity of enjoying refreshments. i found the system to be restrictive and not aligned with what i expect from a hotel of this purported standard. also, the room's phone didn't operate correctly and i had to personally visit the reception each time i require assistance.
